Work Schedule: Tuesday- Friday, starting at 5am - average stop time of 4:00pm
Status: Full-Time. 40 hours per week. $21 per hour with a $1.00 raise after successful completion of probationary period.

Job Summary:
This position drives a truck with at least 26,000 GVW over an established route to deliver draft and package beer, wine, and non-alcoholic products in an assigned geographic area; unloads truck; collects payment and related inventory; maintains records of deliveries and payments; and serves as a customer liaison by performing the duties listed below.  Requires a valid Class A Commercial Drivers' License.

1. Completes daily morning check-out procedures, including DOT log completion when necessary.

4. Drives truck to transport product to customer's location; unloads and disperses product to customers' storage areas; properly stores product. 
5. Rotates product to ensure freshness and pulls close-dated product.
6. Ensures timely and accurate deliveries of product to customers. 
7. Completes paperwork by obtaining necessary signatures for delivered products and verifies the order to amount delivered. 
8. Collects payments and makes adjustments for returned product. 
9. Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise. 
10. Handles product properly to minimize breakage; processes breakage and appropriate write-off documentation when needed.
11. Completed check-in procedures, including balancing cash and checks received to invoices; P&E's; and credits. 
12. Checks in product and properly stores close-dated product.  
13. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; establishes and maintains effective customer relations; resolves service complaints.
14. Adheres to all appropriate federal, state, and local regulations regarding the sale and merchandising of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 
15. Carries out the company's mission statement in all job activities and customer relations. 
16. Cleans vehicle; performs routine maintenance on truck; and maintains regular written inspections. 
17. Operates other equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, wheelers and other small tools in safe and prudent manner; immediately reports maintenance requirements to supervisor; completes regular written inspections of motorized equipment. 
18. Builds displays and marks product when necessary. 
19. Attends and participates in company meetings and training sessions. 
20. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position stocks, rotates, and faces products in assigned accounts; builds and maintains store display; collects related inventory; and serves as a customer liaison by performing the duties listed below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Gets daily work requests at start of workday and has schedules signed off by account management (store rep).
2. Reviews customer orders and instructions as provided by supervisor or Briggs' salesperson; communicates with appropriate sales reps on a daily basis. When request is completed, sign and date the note and turn it in to Briggs salesperson or at the front office.
3. Services all accounts as scheduled by supervisor.
4. Stocks, rotates and faces products in coolers, on shelves, racks, and on displays.
5. Pulls out-dated, damaged, and un-salable product and places into back stock with note to Briggs salesperson.
6. Works all back stock (re-stack securely and neatly) as required by sales rep and manager.
7. Sets up and rotates sales promotion displays, including signage, according to store and company standards.
8. Displays point of sale signage, as allowed by customers.
9. Listens to and helps resolve customer inquiries and service complaints.
10. Notifies supervisor of any problems or opportunities with assigned accounts.

1. Stocks product when supplies are low and places product in correct rotation. 
2. Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets for loading. 
3. Completes daily assembling and loasing tasks within the workshift, paying attention to speed without sacrificing accuracy of picks.
4. Keeps errors to a minimum, meeting the standards set by supervisor. 
5. Marks product with identifying information using appropriate method. 
6. Performs cleaning and maintenance duties around the warehouse, as needed. 
7. Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. 
8. Properly checks in Drivers by matching paperwork to actual product received. 
9. Assists sales staff with call-in orders by picking product, staging it for pick-up, and/or loading the product. 
10. Uses proper safety equipment and follows safe work procedures; ensures that warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and other traffic.
